Located on the first floor of an early 20th-century building without an elevator (steep staircase with handrail), Chez Moi is in the heart of the Villanova district—a lively yet quiet area in the ZTL, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The living area features two large windows, a two-seater leather sofa, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. You will have a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi. Period floors and high ceilings add authentic charm. The sleeping area, separated by curtains for extra privacy, offers a slatted double bed (160x190), which can be split into two singles on request (80x190), a wardrobe, and a small armchair. Air conditioning with split units cools both the living and sleeping areas. There is an anteroom with washing machine and utility sink; bathroom with forced ventilation, bathtub, washbasin, and bidet. There is no TV to encourage relaxation, reading, and the pleasure of slowing down. Reserved for adult guests only; events are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please respect quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in is in person, or self check-in if needed. Shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are just steps away. Don’t miss the Bastione di Saint Remy, the Castello district, and Poetto beach, reachable in about 20 minutes by public transport. From April 1, 2026, the Municipality of Cagliari will apply a tourist tax per person per night in the second and fourth quarters, and a different rate in the third quarter. The tax does not apply to children under 12 and adults over 70, and is charged for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
